I saw a tree blowing in the winter wind and the branches stretched out like it was inviting it in.

The embrace overtook it and its branches bent almost to the ground.

How I watch that tree without making a sound.

It was so inviting and oh how it swayed.

I stood there amazed.

How God was expressing himself thru something he had made.

How he danced with that tree from every angle that his mighty wind blew.

It made me want to dance with it too.

It whipped around and swooped its branches back up again and towards the end a red bag got caught up in the tree, as if to say I’m done…now clap for me.

The white background made for a wonderful show and the tiny, icy flakes fell from the branches onto the crunchy snow.

The performance was spectacular and like a child I cheered for God to show me more.

I was lost in amazement as he made the wind blow just a little more.

Then suddenly silence came across the street that wintry day, the motion of the branches soon went away.

The tree stood still and I looked up at the sky, the winter moon shown so bright in my eyes.

I just stared in the sky in awe at the sight I had just seen for truly I had witnessed God dancing.
